Data collection

Collects and stores energy data from up to 64 field devices, connected to either:

• Ethernet TCP/IP
• Modbus serial (up to 32 devices)
• Digital and analog I/O – 6 x DI + 2 x AI (PT100; PT1000; 0-10V; 0-20mA)

Data logging

• Type of data and logging interval, can be configured from 1 minute to once a week
• Data storage duration of several weeks, depending on quantity of collected data

Data publishing

Batches of collected data periodically transmitted to an Internet server, in several formats:

• XML or CSV files
• Support for Weather Sentry™

Data publishing function supports 4 transfer protocols over Ethernet or Wi-Fi:

• http, https, ftp, smtp.

Gateway

The user can access the data from the devices in real time:

• In format Modbus TCP/IP over Ethernet or Wi-Fi
• Gateway to Zigbee device data by external Modbus TCP/IP clients

Modbus packets can be sent from managing software to field devices through Modbus serial line or Modbus TCP/IP over Ethernet.

Embedded energy management software

In addition to common characteristics that are mentioned above, Com'X510 provides the end-user with immediate visibility into energy consumption throughout the site. As soon as the Com’X is connected to the Local Area Network (LAN), several web pages are accessible via any standard web browser, (without plug-in or additional components).

Customized pages can be defined.

Connectivity

• Modbus SL /RS485 for communication with field devices
• 2 Ethernet ports
• Pen Wi-Fi USB for communication with router Wi-Fi (Optional)
• Modem and antenna GPRS (Opcional)
• Zigbee dongle
• PowerLogic WT4200 wireless transmitters, connected to Modbus RS485, enables collecting data also from water, air, gas or steam meters.
